Payment Information
- Creative Child Day Home Agency has a recommended fee structure which must be followed by all educators.
- A non-refundable agency registration fee of $50.00 is charged upon enrollment. (Per family)
- All fees are agreed upon between parent and educator at the time of signing the Educator/Parent/Agency agreement.
- Should parents register their child and decide not to go through with the placement they are responsible for paying for I month.
- Day-home program educators are not required to work on statutory holidays but are entitled to be paid. These are included in childcare fees. If care is provided, the day home program may charge an additional fee paid directly to the educator.
- FDH Educators may offer siblings discounts that will be mentioned in individual educator’s fee for service form. (This applies only to the parent portion, not to subsidized amounts)
- Cheques, postdated cheques or e-transfer are preferred methods of payment.
- A $50.00 NSF Fee will be added to the parent’s account and the full balance must be paid within (3) days to avoid childcare suspension or termination. Fees are still applicable during absences and vacations to hold a child’s space with the educator.
- The parent or guardian must provide a 30-day written notice of termination of care to the agency or they are subject to pay the monthly charges.
- Official tax receipts (all payments made to the agency) are issued annually prior to federal tax deadlines. Any direct payments made to the educators are not included.
- Subsidy/Affordability Grant is available for qualified families.
